Overview

Notifications lets you control individual update types without changing wider workspace settings. Categories start collapsed and show their type count plus the number of enabled delivery options. The types shown depend on your account and the updates available to it.

How to use this page

  1. Open notification preferences

From Settings, click Notifications. The page shows a Back to Settings link, a Preferences heading, and the Notification types card.

  2. Expand a category

Click a category header such as Meetings or Platform Updates to reveal its notification types. Click the header again to collapse it. Client accounts see only the client-relevant categories and types available to them.

  3. Review Daily Analytics Summary

Expand Platform Updates and find Daily Analytics Summary. Its Email channel is off by default. When an eligible client user turns it on, SalesHive sends a weekday email for each active client they can access and copies that client's active assigned strategist. The summary uses the previous Eastern business day's calls, emails, human replies, meetings, and campaign activity. US holidays are skipped, and the email links to that day's Dashboard in the matching client context.

  4. Turn a channel on or off

Click a channel toggle for the notification type. The change appears immediately while it saves. Hover a toggle to review its destination. If the save fails, the toggle returns to its previous state and an error toast appears.

Common questions

Client users see only the client-visible allowlist: meeting booked, meeting cancelled, potential meeting, resolved feedback, CRM integration disconnected, Daily Analytics Summary, and platform announcements. Internal task, team chat, agent, auction, deploy, deal-stage, and sales meeting analysis notifications are not shown to clients.

The eligible client user's SalesHive account email is the primary recipient. The active strategist assigned to that client is copied automatically. SalesHive does not duplicate the same address or copy an inactive strategist.
Daily Analytics Summary sends a separate deal-scoped email for each active client you can access. Each email opens the matching client's Dashboard for that reporting day and copies that client's active assigned strategist.
It is scheduled during the 8 AM Eastern hour on weekdays. It reports the previous Eastern business day and skips US holidays.
